Over 250 000 students from 3000 schools are entered for the UK Intermediate Maths Challenge.

The top 4% nationally qualify to take the follow-on round, called the Kangaroo round.

The Grey Kangaroo is for Year 9, and the Pink Kangaroo for Years 10 and 11.

We are delighted that this year The Royal High School had 14% of their entries qualify for this round.

Many congratulations to Grace Ruddick who achieved a Certificate of Distinction and a Bronze medal, placing her in the top 100 students in the country.
