6th Form @ Radley college

It was really exciting to be at Radley College in Abingdon, for a social evening on Saturday night which included pizza making, wine, listening to great music, watching the football and then engaging in our own friendly match, after seeing Germany win! The boys were really kind and it was fun to talk to them and play croquet on their field, the staff were very friendly as well. Overall, it was a pleasure and nice to meet new people, we enjoyed our time together and had some great conversations. We hope to do something like this again!

Dance Competition

On the 23rd of June, Boarding had a Dance Wii Competition. Boarders from Year 7,8,9 and 10 came to take part in the activity. To begin with, we pulled names out of a box to see who we were paired with for the first round. One by one each couple played the game and whoever won that game got moved onto the next round. During the semi-final round it started to get quite intense, everyone was singing and cheering on the contestants. All of us were really excited and ready to win! We then reached the final round which was Eva against Ingrid, they danced to the song “Groove” but none of them knew the tune so the dance was quite extreme for them. The scores were very close but at the last moment, Ingrid managed to beat Eva. Now, in boarding, Ingrid is known as “The dancing Queen”. Everyone had such a great time supporting their friends and just having a great laugh together.
